8am the dining room opens at 8am Placed an online order for carry out Like I always do, I show up at 8:05am. More than likely, it's not done . Walk up to the doors they are locked I tried to get the ladies attention inside she keeps on motioning me to go through the drive-thru I'm in a semi parked on the side of the road I can't come through the drive-thru I keep on trying to get her attention she keeps Motion in for me to go through the drive-thru so I walked to the drive-thru window 2X she hasn't came to the window I finally knock on the window and she comes to the window and asked what do I want I told her dining room opens at 8:00 I have a carryout order she tells me she's not unlocking the front doors I'm the only one here I said well I have a carryout which I'm the only one there and she just made it so she knew it was a carryout but still gave me a complete hard time about it by this time it's almost 8:20 I tell her I'm in a semi I can't come through the drive-thru she opens the window and hands me my food after I gave her my name it was completely cold will never come back to this Wendy's can't believe they only got one person working at this Wendy's on a major roadway in Olathe Kansas

Wendy’s is always a great place to eat.
This is a new restaurant building.
Very clean.
The fourth floor is gone now you have to do a biggie bag but they are a great deal.
Always check the app there’s all kinds of specials and deals.

I didn’t realize that ordering a spicy chicken sandwich meant that I was going to be consuming the equivalent of an old piece of leather.
The drive-through workers were rude and short, and they have permanently turned me away from the chicken at this restaurant as a result of the chewy, tough and improperly cooked item
