Myself and three other cars were sitting in drive-through for about 10 minutes this morning waiting on someone to ask for our orders.
I said hello several times and no one answered, so I drove to the window and started recording only to see two workers hiding with their headset and gloves on!! The older lady didn’t come to the window until she seen me recording just to say that their system is down.
That’s all they had to do!! A simple paper placed on the drive-through box would suffice, but instead they had people wasting their time sitting in drive-through for nothing!

Wendy’s is going downhill.
Ordered online to receive, among other things, an apple pecan salad with extra blue cheese and I also paid for pecans separately (which I thought was odd, but maybe I ordered extra).
We get to the window, receive our food, and park.
The salad has no blue cheese and no pecans.
Simple enough to fix, so I went up to the dining room door (it was about 6:40 pm on a Thursday) and it’s locked.
Could I go back through the drive thru? I could, if I wanted to wait for the 7 cars in front of me and be late to my next plan.
I complained online and they simply took it as me giving them information to improve.
I reiterated I am looking for compensation due to not receiving items I paid for.
They responded 4 days later saying a franchise operator will reach out to me.
This was 2 days ago.
This location clearly has no sense of urgency and customer service.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ‼️‼️‼️Was fresh about this breakfast ‼️‼️‼️At 7:45 am! They DIDNT even have a line🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️‼️So dissatisfied with my order ‼️ Couldn’t even call back because I didn’t get a receipt! Potatoes are cold and sandwiche was sloppy and old‼️🤢Worst customer service I ever received at a Wendy’s.
