I ordered a sandwich combo on the mobile app.
About halfway through my sandwich, I bit into something that wasn’t part of the sandwich.
I spit it out and out fell a screw.
A WHOLE SCREW.
I’ll be attaching the picture for reference.
Then, I call the location and speak with Jeff G who claimed to be the manager and he was unphased and unhelpful.
He offered an apology and couldn’t even refund me over the phone.
Needless to say, I’ll be calling corporate and finding a lawyer.

I understand when service is a bit delayed sometimes because some crews are new and on-training.
I appreciate the hard work they do for customer's satisfaction.
At least, they try their best and it makes me like these guys because they are cool and not rude to customers.
They are patient and hard working.
Keep up the good work, guys! Thanks for your humble and patient service!!

Someone stole my first order which Wendy's did nothing about.
After a conversation with the managers that got no progress done, for some reason I decided to try the Saucy nuggets.
They were tiny and it was the worst taste out of every chicken nugget, Wing or Tender I've ever had in my life.
Maybe it was just this location but I would not recommend it at all
