Wendy's

It looks like they were training a kitchen full of new hires, so I'll take that into consideration while writing this and have given them 3 stars instead of the single star it would have been. I ordered a salad combo with chili cheese fries and a drink.
They informed me that they were out of chili and some was being made, then asked me if I wanted just cheese or baconator fries instead.
So waiting for the chili wasn't an option? Even if it might have taken a bit, they should have at least gave me the option. When they bagged my salad and handed it to me, instead of sitting flat, it was on the bag sideways.
By the time I'd say it on my table, it was upside down.
I'm not so petty that I'd make them remake the salad for something like that, but c'mon guys, the bag is literally made so you can sit the salads in them flat. I received my baconator fries in a separate paper bag.
Again, the bag was big enough and had a flat bottom designed to sit the fries flat, but instead they were on their side.
There's just no reason for that. When I opened the fries, I was met with a pool of grease.
Don't get me wrong, I expected a little bit, it's fried food with bacon after all.
But I shouldn't have to dump grease out of the container to get to my food.
The included picture is after I'd used 6 napkins trying to soak up the excess before I just gave up. My soda was great, but considering that was the one thing they didn't make behind the counter, that's no surprise.

I had my paper bag of food before I had finished making my drink.
So 5 stars there.
Newer design but they went cheap on the seating, hard metal/wood chairs instead of booth style. The food.
Purchased 2/28/24 @1645.
Ghost pepper ranch combo. Chicken was very tough and over cooked.
So much so I couldn't finish it.
The fries were limp.
Like they've been sitting waiting on me, which would explain the speed with which I got my food. @Wendy's, I'll gladly wait 5-10min for food IF the quality is good.
Keep the speed gimmie good food for $14.
Bc this was overpriced dog food.

We are local to this Wendy's and enjoy it being open 24/7.
I have left without my sauces from here too many times.
It's so simple but yet so hard for everyone that works here to remember sauces.
Ruins the meal each time.
10 nuggets and a biggie bag with another 4 nuggets and don't think to put a single sauce in.
What a joke.
