I am at the drive thru, haven't even gotten my family's food yet and I'm livid.
It's 10:19pm on 7/29/24.
#1, the girl at the window had an attitude taking my husband's order.
#2, the fake nails that are a mile long on her fingers are completely against food service standards.
#3, being lazily leaned up against the wall staring at us through the window is unacceptable...go grab a broom or wipe a table down.
My family and I were displaced today thanks to a tree coming through our home.
After this long day, all I wanted was some hot food after being drenched all day long, but we couldn't even get that.
The food is warm at best.
Employees should also know that it is unsanitary to sit your butt on a counter where food is served, and it is also poor customer service to be scrolling on your phone while customers are present.
I have been in customer service for 20 years.
This was a sad experience.

I walk in to order food.
I immediately see how grody it is behind the counter.
I receive my food and there is HAIR ALL IN IT!.
I walk back in to address the problem and NONE of the cooks are wearing gloves.
AND NOBODY IS WEARING HAIRNETS.
Absolutely don’t recommend this store.

So I walk in the lobby and immediately smell the distinct smell of dead animal.
Don’t know where it was coming from but didn’t smell it until I got inside.
I had a large order, as I was picking up for coworkers as well.
So I tried to endure the smell.
Then the little girl running the register up front is obviously not having a good day.
She was very rude and dismissive.
Lots of hand waving and poor attitude.
Said the word s-h-i-t twice.Never again.
This was on August 13th at lunchtime.
But do you all really care? Will there be anything at all done about it? To top it all off the order was wrong.
This has to be the raunchiest Wendy’s location I’ve ever experienced
