How long do I have to wait at the drive through for someone to take my order.
I'm currently at 5 minutes just like the car before me. I ended up leaving after waiting 8 minutes for them just to take my order.
I have zero Faith they would have actually made it correctly.

TERRIBLE customer service.
Do NOT come here I try to be very nice to fast food workers (because I work in fast food) This girl with an attitude at the window is SILENT when I’m telling her my order and waits probably seven seconds so I don’t know if she heard me or not and I politely say hello? Could you hear me? She gives me the BIGGEST attitude and sad yup and repeated my order to me.
I continued to try to treats her with respect and she was still rude.
I get to the window to pay and a nice worker asked me how my day was so far, I told him it was going pretty good until I talked to the lady over the speaker.
He says “yeah they be tripping” (still got along with him idrc)and then I pull up to the second window where the lady was.
She opens the window and aggressively says “so I ruined your night?” Absolutely zero professionalism they all started laughing at me and how do I even respond to that? They then messed up my food, didn’t give me my sauces, and didn’t put the bacon on my BACONATOR.
Wendy’s you should be more careful when hiring people because they DO represent your business.

I came in to place an order, the restaurant only had two people waiting to pick up replaced delivery orders, and one vehicle in the drive-through.
They proceeded to ignore me in the lobby for 5 minutes, while preparing food with 0 urgency.
I placed an order for a cinnamon pull apart and a medium size coffee.
When the coffee rings up, I noticed that it is advertised for $2.39.
They’re charging $2.79.
I said I don’t really care but I’ve already been waiting so long I need to get my food, but I wanted to let you know that that’s not OK.
She called over the manager.
Who couldn’t seem to understand that I wanted a medium coffee.
He erased my order and rang me up for a small.
Multiple times I mentioned the price difference of a medium coffee.
He was clearly inebriated.
He was told four times what the issue was and then did nothing to correct it.
All in all, it took me about 10 minutes just to get my order in.
Once my order was in, they literally were moving so slow physically, like they didn’t have a care in the world.
There was only one employee that seem to be working diligently.
I won’t be stopping at this Wendy’s again.
