When I placed my order I was rushed didn’t even let me say what drink I wanted asked for 3 pc French toast stick but was rudely interrupted being told it was 4 count so I said ok that’s fine ..
get up to the window the drink I was given was water I’m like ok so than I get my bag and was thrown off bout how heavy the bag was looked in side there’s hand full of condiments that I didn’t even ask for not even 1… proceed to head home open my sandwich there’s a screw in there..
so I head back to the location to go into the dining room and was being told from the glass window that apparently drive thru only first off I had my bag and receipt in hand to let the manger know what the problem was but she just stayed on her computer wave me off pointing to the drive thru … I’m very disappointed cause my self or one of my kids could been really hurt from eatting this breakfast sandwich… I will be taking this higher up since management couldn’t handle my issue

It was a good place to go.
The only confusion I could say had to do with the handling of the drinks.
We ordered two diet Cokes and a regular coke.
The first was handed out and we were told it was the diet one.
The second was given and nothing was said about what one it was.
We had to ask for the third drink, again we weren't told what kind it was.
The lids weren't marked in any discerning ways.
People would appreciate knowing what they were given without it being a guessing game.

I work across the street and I go by there at night to get something to eat.
The girl in the Drive-Thru is very rude she doesn't say thank you please you're welcome nothing and she's on the headset when you get to the window she gives you your total swipe your card hand you your food and closes the window.
She's very young or she seems to be very young but she certainly has a bad attitude if you don't want to be there please quit it's amazing and it's not just one time.
I wouldn't be writing this if this hasn't happened more than once.
I don't work in fast food now but I was a restaurant manager for several years period and it's if she worked for me she would not be on that headset whatsoever.
Because if everything is fine during the day it's certainly not right before you get ready to close.
Several coworkers at the company I am at now have mentioned the same thing. So that's why I leave the review that I leave and the amount of stars that I leave.
I suppose at this time of night they think it doesn't matter and no one's paying attention but some of us are. Sad.....and I actually thought the food was good.
Her terrible attitude ruins it.
