Ordered on Drive thru.
Was told that they were only taking cards.
Waited at window.
Lady swipes my card and then tells me that they don't have any receipt paper.
She tells me to pull over into the online pickup space to wait for my chicken sandwich.
Waited 10 mins, so I drove back around to the window.
At that time, a man came out of the door looking for me.
I drove up to him and got my food.
The sandwich was barely warm.
So why did I have to wait for food that was not freshly cooked? Usually, they will say that they can only take cash, no cards.
Then they don't give a receipt.
If you can't produce a receipt, then you're not ringing up the order, most likely.
If they are out of receipt paper, they can go across the street to staples and get some because they do carry it there.
Bad food, bad service.
Noticed that they have a 91 rating also.

The visit date was Monday, March 25th at 11:50pm.
This visit date was highly disappointing.
The ordering process was fairly quick.
I pull up to the pickup window and pay, and they ask me to pull up.
Note: not abnormal for a Monday with the lack of business and me ordering an item that I knew they probably didn't have prepared.
I am pulled up for about 23 minutes before I decide to back up to the window.
I waited at the window for another few minutes before someone came to the window and then remembered that I was a patron that had yet to be served.
It was not the best experience in terms of time, taking nearly 30 minutes for one sandwich.
However, the quality of the food was fine, so there were no complaints there.
Overall, service was pretty poor because of the time it took.

Stopped by this location and this place is an absolute joke.
The employs that are working should all be fired except one lady who was doing all the work.
I will not stop at this location again.
Whoever the proprietor is that own this location needs to do a surprise visit so you could see first hand of what your paying for.
Do yourself a favor and close for a few days and hire new people.
Poor customer service at this location and the last thing someone wants to here is the employees yelling at one another.
