September 06, 2024Wendy’s on South 3rd St definitely has potential, but my recent visit left much to be desired. 🍔
While the burgers and fries were fresh and hot, the service felt chaotic. The staff appeared overwhelmed during the evening rush - app orders took 15 minutes to be ready, and employees seemed to be juggling too many tasks at once.
I didn’t see a drink station in the lobby, and sadly, there were no napkins or ketchup available. Also, missing items like straws and the frosty machine being out of service was a letdown...
If they could improve their organization and customer service, this could be a great spot! ☹️
