I went to Wendy's this evening around 7 and I used the inside because it's supposed to be open until 8.
However, Cornelius kindly told me the dining room was closed.
He did take my order but also locked the dining room door at 730!!! My sandwich was made wrong the first time and the employee Mariah was eating fries on the line with gloves on.
Amber did a good job helping me.
The dining room could be cleaner.
The service in the city must get better.
We must do better in and by our own community.

The staff were unhappy and understaffed on a Saturday night.
They were likely tired too.
However, there was no pep or energy to their movements.
They could have been working in mud up to their ankles.
Still, they were polite and gave me hot food'so I was happy at first.
I love Wendy's and this was my diet splurge.
So I waited 15 minutes to order and longer for food.
I ordered a single with lemonade and fries.
No size mentioned, so I expected medium.
I got large lemonade (poured out half because the cup is too flimsy and I don't need that much sugar), a large fry (threw away 3/4 because it was too much), and a double burger (tried to pry the patties apart to throw one away but the cheese melted under the heat lamps and made that not an option).
I hate wasting food, so I don't order large.
This annoyed me much more than the slow movements and the long wait ever would.

I’ll tell you what this is the nastiest Wendy’s I have ever been to it looks like I took the fries dumped them in the oil and just pulled them right out.
The woman was very rude asked me what I wanted to order and then just turned away and walked away from me and left me standing there.
There’s paint on the counter, and I mean paint in a paint Container with a roller.
The place was dirty, nasty greasy.
We deserve way better than this!!
