I finally tried We Be Ribs Trailer and wow, it did not disappoint! I opted for the 3-bone ribs with baked beans and mac and cheese, and everything was absolutely delicious.

The ribs had a perfect smoky flavor, and the hot sauce was a game-changer! 😋 The mac and cheese was creamy and not dry at all - definitely a must-order.

The service was friendly and super quick, and I loved the casual vibe. I can't wait to come back and sample more from this BBQ gem! 🍖✨
