Visited a few times, very friendly atmosphere, the food is good, prices seem reasonable. We chose the Supreme scramble, with biscuits and gravy. And the Cinnamon French Toast, both were great.

I was vacillating between the 3 & 4 star food rating because of 1 glaring issue - the coffee was pretty bad. Like you'd expect that quality for inmates in jail, or for jurors in Spokane County superior court, to which I have had the displeasure of drinking. Another issue, but to a lesser degree, is the runny syrup. Did they cut it with water? I prefer mine to be more viscous. Now here's why the coffee didn't bring the star count down. They had real creamer. Granted, there's creamer packets on the table & we had to ask for it, but at least they have it. And I ate most of my food, a 3 egg with cheese omelet including bacon, and a waffle. That could be a couple's meal in itself. And the French toast was nice & cinnamony, just like I prefer. I just had to taste the French toast my wife ordered. And finally, an issue that would've definitely brought the rating down a star - real whipped butter, not the frozen packets of industrial lube oil aka margarine. Like another reviewer stated, the decor ain't much. But who needs some hoity-toity (or as the younger whippersnappers say, bougie) place with staff in uniforms & smaller portions of quail eggs over kale & beets? I definitely don't need to pay extra for style. Just ask my wife, who regularly makes comments about my very relaxed shorts & t shirts which I wear year round. Will we return? Most likely not, as we don't live in Spokane & when we do make it into town, we usually stay in the valley.
