Order # 23963358860492800 is my order number.I asked for 3 steak sandwiches and received 3 hashbrowns w/ steak on top.I also asked for hashbrowns w/ veggies on top and recieved cheese hashbrowns no veggies.Entire order was wrong.They threw a ton of sauce packets in my bag I didnt ask for and On top of that, the order was supposed to be ready at 12:40am and wasnt ready until 12:55am.Restaurant wasnt busy and I wasn't allowed inside to use their restroom because it was to late I was told.This is the Last time I will visit this franchise.
What a difference it makes when you are greeted by the servers when you walk in, such a nice touch! I found all the staff to be friendly helpful and more than willing to chat for a little bit to make the atmosphere more bright. It is mostly comfort/breakfast food...I had waffles, eggs sunny side up with sausage and grits and frankly it was all very tasty...It came out quickly and hit the spot...This waffle house was very clean as well. Kudos to the management for really making customers feel welcome.
I live in Atlanta and frequent waffle house, love the franchise.This location is bar none the cleanest and best food quality I've ever had.Thank you to the night staff.
