Volcano Sushi Bar & Hibachi is a delightful gem! 🌟 The sushi here is top-notch, with high-quality ingredients that really shine. I tried the Unagi roll and was blown away by the flavors! The bento box at lunch is also a great deal - miso soup, salad with that fresh ginger dressing, and perfectly cooked rice. 🍣

While our service started off slow, our attentive waiter made up for it, even surprising my daughter with a fried cheesecake for her birthday. The atmosphere is cozy, and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which was refreshing during summertime. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their unique rolls! 🎉
