I had been here before and the service had been okay.But this is the last time I'm coming to this VIPS.I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a Caesar salad.The sandwich and the fries were cold.The salad had a lot of lettuce core and the chicken in the salad was also cold.I don't understand why they waited until both plates were cold to call me to pick up my order.Normally they have to try to serve everything hot or are least warm but this was not the case.To top it all, I had order a brownie with ice cream for "later".When I finished my sandwich I gave them the receipt and they gave me the buzzer to let me know when it was ready.We waited for 15 min and I went back to tell them that I didn't want the brownie anymore and only then they realised they had forgotten to serve it.Worst service ever.I went for dinner so if you are at Kinepolis at dinner time, just avoid VIPS.
