Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen is a gem nestled in Walmart Supercenter, perfect for a refreshing meal on the go!

I went for the Chicken Taco salad, which was good but a bit basic for my taste. The real star was the delicious broccoli soup - definitely worth a try!

The vibe is casual, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, making ordering a breeze.

I appreciated the clean environment and the wheelchair accessibility too. A lovely stop if you're traveling through Lexington... Will definitely swing by again! 🥗✨
