Nestled above a bustling Vietnamese supermarket, Vietnam City Restaurant may be easy to overlook, but it’s well worth seeking out. I indulged in the Beef Pho Special, paired with an iced milk coffee that hit all the right notes. The flavors were authentic and vibrant!

While the ambience is laid-back, it’s ideal for groups looking for a casual dining experience. I did find the rice noodles slightly firmer than preferred, but nothing detracted from the overall experience. Can't wait to bring friends back! 🍜
