Viet Quan in Guildford offers a delightful taste of Vietnam! On my recent visit, I enjoyed the crispy chicken paired beautifully with rice, complemented by satisfying pork spring rolls. The menu is also generous with vegan choices, perfect for plant-based eaters.

Despite just opening, the team managed the busy lunch rush admirably, showing promise for improvement. While they may be ironing out some early service kinks, the delicious flavors make it well worth the visit. Can’t wait to return for more! 🌿
