Vegan Thyme offers an inviting experience for plant-based lovers! After our hike, my sister and I enjoyed **Avocado Spring Rolls** - the crispy exterior was delightful. I couldn’t resist the **Spicy Eggplant with tofu**, which came with brown rice and a refreshing salad that was full of flavor. Their **Boba Thai Tea** with soy was a perfect accompaniment!

The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service was genuinely warm. It's a great spot if you're craving hearty vegan dishes. Will definitely return! 🌱
