I recently ordered takeout from Valerie's West Indian Cuisine, and it was a delightful experience! I tried the jerk chicken with rice and peas, complemented by the fried plantain - everything was bursting with flavor! The chicken was tender and well-marinated, and the rice and peas were perfectly cooked.

The casual atmosphere made it a cozy spot, and I could tell that a lot of care goes into the food. It’s family-run, which adds a nice touch. Can’t wait to return for more delicious Caribbean dishes! 🌴
