If you're looking for authentic Uyghur flavors, Urumchi Uyghur Restaurant won’t disappoint. I recently tried their hand-pulled noodles and Xinjiang chicken, both bursting with flavor. The lamb skewers were a standout too - perfectly seasoned, though they could've been a touch warmer.

The atmosphere was casual, which I appreciated, but it felt a bit quiet for my taste. Luckily, the staff was accommodating and friendly! The large portions make it a great place for sharing with friends. Can't wait to return for more delicious dishes! 🌟
