September 27, 2024I recently revisited Uptown BBQ & Soulfood after a long break and was hopeful for a great meal. The rib tips I ordered took longer than expected and were a bit tough, sadly reminding me of past disappointments. 🚫
However, the staff was friendlier this time, which was a nice change! I loved their BBQ sauce, but I was shocked to see the prices had skyrocketed - I left feeling I'd paid too much for a less-than-stellar experience.
Despite the hiccups, the soul food vibe still lingers. Would I return? Maybe, if I’m in the area...
