I recently dined at Unique Indian Cuisine and was pleasantly surprised by what they offered. The lunch buffet was extensive, and the flavors were spot on! I started with their crispy bread pakoras, which had just the right amount of spice.
The malai kofta was divine, rich and creamy, while the fresh garlic naan was a standout - fluffy and aromatic! I recommend trying the Mango lassi; it’s perfectly creamy and refreshingly sweet.
