Uncle Paco's Mexican Grill offers a cozy vibe perfect for a casual meal. I tried the Pacos Pollo, topped with savory chorizo and creamy queso, and it was simply delightful! My friend enjoyed the Enchiladas Rancheras, praising the rich red sauce - definitely a highlight. The margarita was refreshing, and our server was impressively attentive, making the experience more enjoyable.

Only downside was the mild salsa; it could use a little extra kick. Despite that, I’m looking forward to returning for happy hour soon... 🌮
