Umi Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is a delightful spot for an enjoyable evening out! 🥢

The hibachi grill experience was a highlight, with our chef entertaining us while crafting perfectly cooked KC Strip, chicken, and shrimp. The fried rice was a tad saucy, but overall, the flavors were spot on.

The modern, minimalistic atmosphere added to the experience, making it great for a casual family gathering or a romantic outing. The kids loved the food delivery robot! 🚀

Despite a busy night leading to a bit of a wait, the service was friendly, and I appreciated the team’s efforts with a delightful birthday surprise for my cousin. Can't wait to return!
