After hearing a lot about Umami Noodle Bar, I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner. I ordered the gyoza, which was crispy and tasty, truly the highlight of my meal! For my main, I opted for a custom ramen bowl filled with tender pork, fresh veggies, and a soft-boiled egg. Unfortunately, the broth was quite bland, and the noodles weren't as flavorful as I hoped. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would return to explore different dishes! 🍜
