Twisted Root Burger Co. is a gem in Lubbock! 🍔 The atmosphere is casual and perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. I highly recommend the "Gosh jam it" goat cheese burger - sweet, tangy, and absolutely delicious!
The service was impressively quick, and we loved that they offer outdoor seating. I also tried the cheese fries, which were a tad lukewarm, but still packed with flavor.
