Tsing's Chinese Restaurant is a cozy gem on W Portal Ave! 🌟 With a casual vibe and quick service, it's perfect for a solo lunch or a quick bite with friends. I highly recommend the shrimp and pork dumplings - they're simply delicious! 🥟 The lemon chicken can be hit or miss; I found the dinner version much better than lunch.

The prices are fantastic for the quality, and the rice is a great side. Just a heads up, though; the hot and sour soup was superb one visit and underwhelming another. Overall, worth a try if you're in the area! 😊
