I don’t know what’s going on with this tropical smoothie location but I put an order for pick up on the app for around 7:15 am.
According to the website and information, they are suppose to be open at 7 am.
However, when I arrive, they are still closed and no one is there and it is passed 7:40 am.
I’m really annoyed because I was looking forward to the breakfast order before a long day at work.
Now I just want my refund. Edit: got a call from tropical smoothie and they apologized and is processing a refund straight back to my payment.
And they offered a free meal.
I really appreciate it and the steps and effort of having a better customer service.

These pass 3 week been in the one in Columbus ga on whittlesly at least 5 times....1 time yesterday and each time my acai bowl was wrong smh.
This one is missing granola and honey...They cost to much to be messing up.
Just tried to call and no answer need a discount or a freebie on my next bowl .

I usually come here all the time before and after work and everything is fine.
I came in today it’s Saturday they say they open at 8am I put in a order ahead that says it would be ready by 8:11am I get here at about 8:15am no one is here…doors are locked and open sign is off and the money is also taken from my account.
It still says on the door that they open at 8am so I have no understanding to why no one is here but I was very late to work waiting on someone to come service me and no one still came.
Time should be changed to not inconvenience customers day !
