Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We order from this location often.
They always forget items that we have ordered and paid for.
Today it was a burned quesadilla and no salsa.
If this was not the 5th time of this happening I would brush it off as an accident, but this is consistent with this location.
Don’t try calling them to resolve it because 1.
Their phone sounds like it’s stuck in a tunnel with a constant buzzing and you cannot hear the employee. 2.
Even though I ordered on THEIR website, they say it was via a third party because door dash delivered.
The confirmation email even says to call the calderwood location for delivery issues! The boy I spoke with was very rude and kept brushing me off.
Finally a female employee got on and said they are all training and don’t ever have a manger around so they can’t refund and I should call the third party….
What third party? I ordered on their website.
They are quite literally useless.
Don’t bother ordering from this place.
They are rude an clearly cannot perform simple tasks or cook their food.
We will no longer support this place.

Service is extremely slow going thru the drive-thru.
Over 10 mins in waiting for two kids smoothies and 2 quesadilla wraps.
From the window I saw at least 3 employees working.
Employees didn’t seem friendly, no smile, flat affect.
Food is fresh and delicious.
Kids enjoyed it :)

Good smoothies, had the sunrise sunset smoothie, and the hummus veggie wrap with chicken added.
Service is a little slow but ok.
Drive through is quickest.
It’s a chain, but lots of smoothie and lunch/breakfast options.
