I ordered curbside pick up and i was waiting more then 15 minutes to get my order and I called the phone number on was on the line for 8 minutes until someone picked up.
I have my infant with me and i can not leave him alone in the vehicle and its a hassle to take him out and put him back in.

I love this little place, cute and enjoyable to have a quick bite, the food is good and staff is kind.
Obsessed with the acaì bowl and the Chipotle chicken sandwhich is good.

I waited 40 mins for an online order no one greeted me.
My smoothie isn’t even smooth and the store is practically full of people with the same issue and they apparently can’t give refunds.
Staff can’t seem to handle anything and aren’t very knowledgeable on top of slow.
Please train your staff better this is horrible. edit: they sent me a 6$ gift card for the complaint which isn’t the total of my order or enough to buy a smoothie.
