Triumph Restaurant & Brewery is a delightful addition to Princeton’s dining scene. The relaxed vibe and spacious layout make it perfect for gathering with friends. I particularly enjoyed the crispy steak frites, which were cooked to perfection. The standout, however, was the Gose beer - refreshingly unique with a hint of saltiness that paired beautifully with my meal.

The dessert menu is a worthy highlight; the warm rice pudding with espresso whisky ice cream is a must-try.

Definitely a place I’d revisit for more memorable bites! 🍴
