Trip's Diner is a cozy spot for any meal of the day! I tried the hubcap pancakes and biscuits & gravy during my visit, and both were fantastic - it felt like a warm hug on a plate. The pancakes are massive and fluffy, topped with fresh blueberries.

The outdoor seating is perfect for a laid-back brunch, and our server was friendly and quick. Plus, the prices are unbeatable for the quality... I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu! 🍽️
