Trindys Cafe at Kincaid Towers is a delightful find in Lexington!

I grabbed breakfast there before a conference, indulging in their biscuit sandwich - truly delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for a quick bite. For lunch, I went for the French dip with onion rings; it was divine!

Service was friendly and efficient despite a busy crowd. They offer great coffee and even homemade cookies to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Definitely a local gem, but remember they’re only open on weekdays... don’t miss out! ☕🥪
