Trevioli Italian Kitchen at the Rapids

Dinner for two and we both got pasta dishes.
The Italian salad was good, simple light and refreshing.
The Cajun spicy pasta was sweet.
The lobster shrimp pasta was underwhelming, they butchered the lobster tail.
Severely overcooked and was served in bits, almost like it was chewed up but the most disappointing item was the margherita pizza.
They served a flat bread but what shocked me most of all was the fact that it was old.
Not freshly made at all, just reheated, old tomato slices, store bought flat bread and a sweet sauce.
The “basil leaves” were so old it was unrecognizable.
Overall terrible food experience however the server was lovely.

Be prepared to spend about $100 per person if you plan to have a couple drinks.
Nice atmosphere and good service.
I kind of had a bad experience with my food being barely warm then they had to re-cook it and when they brought it back my table was done eating so I asked for it to be placed in a to go plate.
The chicken was the same chicken that I ate off of from the beginning! Not worth the money...

I'm really hoping I went when there was a different chef.
I've had two experiences.
When I visited the first time the food was good and great service.
I tried going a 2nd time and the food looked great but tasted horrible.
It lacked flavor and I was hoping it was just my meal but others felt the same. I will give them another chance but I would recommend the chef using more seasoning because it tastes very bland.
Let's just say the ambiance is amazing, price and location are upscale but I would compare it to the taste of cafeteria food.
