Trecca offers an authentic Roman dining experience tucked away from the tourist crowds. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere, albeit a bit too cozy at times. The Bucatini All’Amatriciana was simply a delight, with crispy guanciale that elevated the dish.

I also enjoyed the delicate cippolini onions drizzled in a creamy sauce which was a revelation. Valerio’s passion for his restaurant shines through, making my meal even more enjoyable. Just remember to book in advance... 🍷
