If you're in Rome, Trattoria Ippocampo is a must-visit! The atmosphere is undeniably authentic, with locals bustling around and the delightful aroma of freshly made pasta wafting through the air. Their cacio e pepe is outstanding, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. I also tried their pizza, which had a delightful thin crust topped with fresh ingredients. While the language barrier was present - no one speaks English - it's part of the charm. The genuine warmth from Roberto and his team makes up for it. Don’t miss this place! 🍝
