Dear guest bpdarragh! Unfortunately, the catering industry here in Berlin or the surrounding area always has to live with the fact that guests who give bad reviews don't always stick to the truth.
Since the situation is different here too, we have to comment on it...
so your order was "zucchini pasta!" The customer then gets what he ordered on the table and no other dishes. If you suddenly expect a different dish (pasta pomodori), that's not our problem! Sorry, you ordered like that...nothing more, nothing less! Then on the topic of payment - there is a sign stuck on our entrance door that says we only accept Girocard in our restaurant.
No guest can miss this sign when they enter our trattoria.
In addition, we have expressly stated in our menu that we do not accept credit cards (including American Express / Visa / Master Card etc.). There's nothing more we can do...if you can read, you're usually at an advantage! Our customers have had no problem with this for over 17 years and have gotten used to it.
Payment in our trattoria is made in cash or by debit card (anything else would just mean more fees).
Since we run a small business, it doesn't make sense for us to accept other credit cards. Your Trattoria da Silvana & Renato Lieber Gast bpdarragh! Leider muss die Gastronomie hier in Berlin oder Umgebung immer wieder damit mit Leben, dass die Gäste, die eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben, nicht immer bei der Wahrheit bleiben.
Da auch hier der Sachverhalt anders ist, müssen wir uns dazu äußern….also Ihre Bestellung war "Zucchini-Pasta! Der Kunde bekommt dann auch das, was er bestellt auf den Tisch und keinen anderen Speisen. Wenn Sie dann plötzlich eine andere Speise erwarten ( Pasta-Pomodori ), ist das nicht unser Problem! Sorry Sie haben so bestellt....nicht mehr und nicht weniger! Dann zu dem Thema Bezahlung - an unserer Eingangstür ist ein Schild aufgeklebt, dass wir nur Girocard in unserem Restaurant akzeptieren.
Dieses Schild kann kein Gast übersehen, wenn Sie unsere Trattoria betreten.
Zusätzlich haben wir in unserer Speisenkarte ausdrücklich beschrieben, dass wir keine Kreditkarten ( u.a.
American Express / Visa / Master Card etc.
) annehmen. Mehr können wir nicht tun.......wer Lesen kann ist meistens im Vorteil! Über 17 Jahre haben unsere Kunden damit kein Problem und haben sich daran gewöhnt.
Die Bezahlung in unserer Trattoria erfolgt in Bar oder per Girocard ( alles andere würde nur mehr Gebühren bedeuten ).
Da wir ein kleines Geschäft bewirten, macht es für uns keinen Sinn noch andere Kreditkarten zu akzeptieren. Ihre Trattoria da Silvana & Renato
