I think overall, the food is alright, it's edible, you can go here and expect a basic, simple breakfast.
My only complaint is that everything is cooked with cheap hydrogenated soybean oil.
The butter is fake hydrogenated soybean oil, the syrup & honey is fake & processed.
They capitalize on the low expectations that everyone has for food.
I think they take advantage of the whole "Diner 1950s" experience by having the cheapest meals available and hand it to you on a greasy platter.
My rueben had like 2 slices of corned beef, but had like an inch of cheese on each side of bread.
It was ridiculous.
Most of the food isn't even really good.
Nothing will make you say "Wow".
It's just a basic breakfast place but for the average southern old folk, that is somehow sublime. In reality, real southern country places use real butter.
