While driving down Ventura Blvd, I got a craving for a carne asada burrito.
Random? Yes, I know.
I spotted Tortas Mexico in the corner of a plaza.
With excitement, I pulled into the parking lot.
Unfortunately, parking was challenging.
It’s a busy plaza with minimal parking.
Luckily, I found a 15-minute only spot.
I went inside to order, and it’s nothing fancy, just your usual regular fast food Mexican spot.
I ordered three all meat burritos to go.
It didn’t take long for my order to be done, which was perfect because I was starving.
The second I got into the car, I dived right into the burrito.
The first bite was great, but the rest weren’t so great.
Bite after bite, I kept getting chunks of fat.
Which just ruined it for me.
On my last bite, my stomach was not happy.
Ugh! I gave this place a try but wouldn’t recommend it.
Or maybe try something else on the menu.

I Was craving a Mexican Sub (Torta) so this place came out on my Uber Eats.
First and last time for me.
Do these people know that the flavor of the Mexican torta comes from blending the soft French style bread also known as Telera with Mayo (blended with sour cream) and avocado? I was very disappointed for the lack of flavor.
The meat portion was ok but again, no flavor and super dry.

Looked for a place we could walk to -- I knew nothing about this place besides that.
We all REALLY like the food there.
Not much atmosphere, but really good food
