This is a small family owned business inspired by Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico 🇲🇽. I had the classic torta ahogada, and it was so good.SALSA was on point. The birote they used did not get soggy as on other places. Tacos de papa were nice and crispy. And tamarind agua fresca just refreshing.A jericalla is a must, to complete your experience. I really felt like i was visiting family or friends in Guadalajara. It was my first time visiting, but definitely will be back.
The owners are so friendly and welcoming and they definitely best torta ahogada in the area! Everything was super fresh and tasted fantastic. We're definitely coming back to check out the rest of the menu!
So disappointed.Drove 25 mins to get tortas ahogadas.I ordered one of carnitas and one of asada but got two carnitas. So my order was wrong and didn’t notice till I got home. The only flavor I found was in the spicy hot sauce. When entering the restaurant it smells dirty and the place didn’t look clean. And I noticed the guy making my food wasn’t wearing gloves.I still ate it thought to taste the food but I kept getting grossed out.
