September 26, 2024Tortacos Soto is a hidden gem in Rockford! 🌟 After over a decade, I decided to revisit and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy décor - artwork and music create a warm vibe. I ordered the huevos a la Mexicana, and the portion was generous, accompanied by fresh tortillas.
The quesadillas are also a must-try! I couldn’t resist taking some home. 🌮
While the neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges, the delicious food and friendly bilingual staff more than make up for it. I'll definitely be back with friends! 🎉
