You know you are in a place with the right energy when you keep seeing the same staff and they are always helpful, friendly, welcoming and caring.
The kind of place you want to order at the counter to enjoy a good talk.
Ricky is a great example of what great customer service should be and one of the reason why I truly enjoy coming to Toppers in Bay View.
The food is great too and they have many great options for my whole family including gluten-free.

OMG!!! GREAT SERVICE FROM RICKY AND MEMO!!! They both came to front desk on a RED With GOLD LINED CARPET. As the carpet unrolled they both had my 14 Inch Large Pizza. Walking down….
both holding my pizza end to end, side to side. Intimately and Slowly opened the pizza box. AND LORD!, WAS the pizza glowing and glistening from the grease on top of the pepperoni and cheese! DELICIOUS THANK THE LORD FOR THESE MEN.
They deserve a raise.

We ordered ahead of time and our order was ready.
When with arrived they said we can’t find the order.
They stated with no care we would have to wait 10 mins.
The guy was completely unbothered and unapologetic by the situation. We asked, knowing that it happens and understanding, if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience because usually they try to make it right.
The business usually wants to do right by the customer. He said we can refund the order.
I was shocked.
this reflects poorly on management and asked if there was any on the shift.
He responded with we don’t have management.
The interaction was fast and I knew they don’t care about the establishment.
I would not give them business and go elsewhere .
