Top Kings Restaurant & Cafe serves up a hearty portion of Chinese fare that won’t break the bank! I tried the Yang Chow fried rice with three toppings, which was satisfying and under $15. The flavors were robust, reminiscent of some favorite spots back in Vancouver.

Charred spring rolls had a delightful crunch, although the chow mein was a bit bland for my taste. The location isn’t the best, but if you’re in the mood for a casual, filling meal, it's worth a visit! 🍜
