Toledo Thai Restaurant is truly a hidden gem nestled in a strip mall! 🌟 The atmosphere is charming, with lovely live plants creating a welcoming vibe.

I indulged in their egg rolls, which sparked childhood memories, and the red curry with shrimp was bursting with flavor. The Pad Thai, ordered at spice level 4, packed a delightful kick!

Although I was disappointed with a few bamboo shoots in the shrimp curry, the overall experience, especially the friendly service, made up for it. Perfect for a cozy lunch or a laid-back dinner date. 🍜 Can't wait to return!
