I recently dined at Toby Carvery Darlington, and it was a delight! The roast options were plentiful - lamb, pork, and a cheeky bit of beef, all cooked beautifully. I loved the creamy leek and potato slices; they were a standout! The atmosphere was casual, but the service was top-notch; the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

Do leave room for dessert - the brownie was a perfect sweet ending! I’ll be back for sure! 😊
