Toaste Augusta

I’m gonna start off by saying that Toaste did not disappoint.
Dominique the chef cooked the food to perfection.
We tried the dirty grits and like the chef said if it ain’t dirty, it ain’t right.
The dirty grits were amazing and the steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Our server princess was also awesome and she did an amazing job assisting and helping with the kids.
I give it a 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend and I will be back when I come back to Augusta.
Side note the food was so good I forgot to get a before picture.

This was the worst dining experience I've had in a while.
The server/bartender/waitress (1 person for all 3 jobs) did a poor job explaining menu items, was not friendly or courteous, and was inattentive.
Our mimosas were served WITHOUT champagne, and when champagne was requested, she said they didn't have a bottle of champagne open.
SMH Why couldn't she open a bottle?! We ordered two variations of shrimp and grits.
The grits were undercooked and watery.
At $30 per bowl, that's unacceptable.
My scrambled eggs were very firm and chewy; I couldn't eat them.
In fact, we left most of our food uneaten.
This place was very overpriced for the dining experience.
Their menu states that they do NOT customize orders because that's for chain restaurants and your house.
There are too many other places in the area for brunch or lunch for us EVER to return here.

Great start to my girls and I day.
Clean friendly environment.
As soon as we entered we was offered sanitizer, seated, and given menus.
The space was gorgeous you can tell alot of detail was put into it.
That goes to say the food was also DELICIOUS and presented tastefully.
5 stars all around.
