I discovered Tipico Coffee & Cafe on a rainy day, and it was the perfect cozy escape! ☕️ I ordered their Earl Grey latte with nutmeg vanilla - absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is inviting, making it a great spot for solo work or brunch with friends.

I tried the breakfast BEC on a fresh bagel, and it was spot on. While the hot chocolate was a bit watered down, the friendly service and quick delivery of my chai latte definitely made up for it. Can’t wait to enjoy the patio on a sunny day! 🌞
