September 14, 2024Tio Carlos Mex-Latin Grill is a hidden gem in Irving! 😊 The mango tilapia and ropa viejas were absolutely fantastic, bursting with flavor. The brisket tacos I had on my second visit were wonderfully fresh and came with delicious sides of rice and beans.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for families. I loved the live salsa music that added to the vibe. Just a heads up - service can vary slightly, but the delicious food makes up for it! Definitely stop by for their great margaritas and a cozy meal... 🌮🍹
