Tinderbox Kitchen offers a cozy and romantic atmosphere that’s perfect for an intimate dinner. We opted for the tasting menu, and each course was nothing short of spectacular, especially the crispy braised pork belly and the steelhead trout - it was prepared to perfection. The generous wine pairings complemented the meal beautifully.

Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The ambiance strikes a balance between trendy and upmarket, making it a delightful spot to unwind. Definitely a standout in Flagstaff! 🥂
